The Lodge also has a very active Festival Lodge of Instruction which meets on the 1st Thursday of every month from October until April and then on the 1st Thursday of May holds a complete lodge meeting of its own. Every year we practice one of the 3 principal ceremonies i.e. Initiation, passing and raising. We meet at 6.30 pm and all masons are welcome to come and join us. Dress is casual.  This Lodge is held with the permission of the Worshipful Master and is specifically designed to help the more junior brethren to learn and practice offices in order to prepare them for offices in the regular Lodge. Although we take the rehearsals seriously we do enjoy a lighthearted evening.
